Effective Date: October 2025
Vs. Interactive, Inc. (“Vs. Interactive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Notice and to our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

a) Information you choose to provide
Contact & account details (e.g., name, email, display name, avatar).
Profile & preferences (e.g., favorite teams, notification settings, feedback or survey responses).
Content you share (e.g., league or group names, messages or posts you create inside social or chat features).
Support communications (e.g., emails to our support address).
We do not request sensitive identifiers (e.g., SSN, government IDs) and do not collect payment card numbers through our app/website. If a future feature requires verification or payment, it will be presented with separate terms.
b) Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
Device and app info (device type, OS version, app version, language, time zone).
Log and usage data (pages/screens viewed, features used, session duration, crash/error data).
IP address and general (non-precise) location derived from IP.
Cookies or similar technologies in our web experience (see “Cookies & Analytics” below).
c) Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from platforms you connect (e.g., sign-in providers) or analytics/hosting vendors that help us operate and improve the Services. Those parties process data under their own privacy policies and our instructions.
2) How We Use Information
We process information to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and core features.
Personalize content, remember preferences, and measure performance.
Communicate with you about updates, new features, and support.
Monitor, debug, and enhance reliability and security.
Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Create aggregated or de-identified insights that no longer identify you.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.
3) Legal Bases (EU/UK users)
Where applicable, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and legal obligations.
4) When We Share Information
We may share limited data with:
Service providers/contractors (e.g., hosting, analytics, error logging, customer support) who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Product features you choose to use (e.g., profile name/avatar visible to your groups).
Corporate events (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset transfer).
Legal, safety, and rights protection (e.g., lawful requests, fraud prevention, protecting users and our Services).
With your direction or consent.
We do not disclose sensitive data because we do not collect it.
5) Cookies & Analytics (Web)
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, and understand how the Services are used. We may use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to help measure traffic and usage trends.
Choices: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. You can also use tools provided by analytics vendors or your browser settings.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by law, we make reasonable efforts to honor GPC signals.
Do Not Track: Because there isn’t a common industry standard, we currently do not respond to DNT signals.
We do not engage in interest-based advertising across third-party sites at this time.
6) Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object/opt-out, limit, or receive a copy of your personal information. You can exercise rights or ask questions by emailing pcaulfield@vsinteractive.com. We will verify your request as required by law.
U.S. State Privacy (e.g., CA/CO/CT/VA, etc.)
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If any data sharing could be deemed a “sale” or “targeted advertising” under state law, you may opt out by contacting us at the address above or by using available site controls.
EU/UK
You may also withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent) and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We’re happy to work with you to resolve concerns.
7) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8) Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, to operate the Services, and to meet legal or compliance obligations. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data that does not identify you.
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to improve safeguards.
10) International Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
11) Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Services.
